The university also offers professional courses in Bachelor of physical Education BPEd, LLB, LLM, Master of Human Resources Development (MHRD) and Master of Journnalism and Mass Communication(MJMC). On campus diploma and certification courses in French, German and Urdu language are also offered.

Chaudhary Charan Singh University

The Meerut university was established in 1965 with an aim to provide quality higher education in the western Uttar Pradesh region. The Meerut university started M.Phil and PhD programmes in 1969. At that time it was the first Indian university to offer these programs. Over the years the university has developed its infrastructure and currently, it has become one of the finest university in the country. Its research and study programs have been both awarded by government and UGC.

Chaudhary Charan Singh University is located in the heart of Meerut city. It is 11 kilometres away from the Meerut City railway station. One can cover this distance with a vehicle in 26 minutes. The nearest airport to the university is Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi. This airport is 102 kilometres away and can be travelled in 3 hr 14 min.

The university has all basic amenities required for better curricular performance. Its campus is sprawled over 222 acres of land which has a huge green lawn. Auditorium, cafeteria and library of the university are well connected by roads. Its hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls. For hygienic food, there is a better mess facility.

The central computer centre of the university provides internet access to its students. All the departments of the university are well connected by the LAN network. Departments are equipped with modern Telephone and broadband connections. In recent years the university has digitized its basic functionalities through the e-governance model. Now it offers various services through an online portal. All procedures and admission processes have been made online where students can fill forms and make payments.

The CCS University, Meerut also publishes results of exams on its online web portal. Students can visit its homepage to find any new academic notifications.

CCSU has a total of nine faculties including faculty of agriculture, faculty of arts, faculty of education, faculty of commerce and management, faculty of medicine, faculty of science, faculty of engineering and technology, faculty of law and faculty of teaching.
